- [2] Roadside Assistance is not:– In cases of mechanical breakdown, Roadside Assistance requires that there be no fault on the part of the owner/driver for the vehicle failure.
– Where a vehicle registered under Roadside Assistance requires mechanical repairs, these repair costs will be the responsibility of the owner.
– Should the driver or passengers of a vehicle registered under Roadside Assistance require medical attention or evacuation, these costs will be the responsibility of the owner.
– In the interest of providing a quality service, Roadside Assistance reserves the right to amend or withdraw service where utilisation is excessive due to the lack of regular maintenance or failure to rectify any recurring fault. Roadside Assistance also reserves the right to amend or withdraw service when the safety of the Roadside Assistance Service Provider may be placed at risk.
– Service delays may be experienced in remote and sparsely populated locations and in the event of natural disaster (eg. floods).
– Roadside Assistance will accept no responsibility for the security and/or loss associated with the disabled vehicle’s cargo.
